Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS with a signature confirmation required for delivery. We are not liable for any 3rd party shipping delays.

Standard Shipping is 2-5 Business Days

Express Shipping is 1-3 Business Days

   -Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email. 

   -Orders can only be sent to the Shipping Address provided, please double check the order information provided before making your purchase. 

 Refund Policy

All orders can only be refunded no later than 24-48 hours after purchasing. If we so happen to cause an error on our end we have no problem resolving the issue, but all sales are FINAL.

Lost Shipments

Once your order is in the carrier's possession, Rubye Tresses LLC is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. It is the customers responsibility  to contact UPS or USPS customer service for any stolen, lost, or delayed package.
